Bolts are of the following types:

（1） Elevator expansion bolt

（3） Bonded anchor bolt

（4） Chemical planting reinforcement

（7） Anchoring glue

The anchoring performance of chemically planted steel bar bonded anchor bolt mainly depends on the anchoring glue (also known as adhesive binder) construction method. The most widely used anchoring adhesive in China is epoxy based anchoring adhesive.

High strength chemical anchor bolt is a kind of high strength anchor bolt with vinyl resin as the main material. It is widely used in curtain wall structure, installation machine, steel structure, railing, window, etc.

Elevator expansion bolt

Application skills of high strength bolt:

(1) Surface rust, oil, burr on bolt hole wall weld bead shall be cleaned.

(2) After the processing of touching conflict surface, the anti scratch coefficient of the rule should be met. The high-strength bolts used shall be matched with nuts washers, which shall be used according to the matching requirements shall be exchanged.

(3) It is allowed to be stained with oil, soil other debris when the components are in conflict with each other.

(4) During installation, the conflict surface of components shall be kept dry free water.

(5) Strictly check check the deformation of the connected steel plate before the installation.

(6) When installing, stop hammering into the bolt to prevent the bolt thread being damaged.

(7) When using the electric wrench, the accuracy of torque can be ensured, the operation should be carried out according to the correct tightening sequence.

Primary safety skill measures:

(1) The dimension of spanner opening should be consistent with that of nut, casing should be added to small spanner. The dead spanner should be used in high altitude operation. If the live spanner is used, the rope should be used to fasten the safety belt.

(2) When assembling the connecting bolts of steel members, it is strictly forbidden to insert the connection surface by hand probe the screw hole. When taking placing the iron pad plate, the fingers should be placed on both sides of the iron pad plate.
