A few days ago, a customer asked: What's the difference between your anchors  the ones I bought on e-commerce platforms?

Our answer is: Come visit our production line,  then you can make your judgment. Today, we've outlined the entire quality control chain of our factory in one go.

01 First checkpoint: Raw material incoming inspection

The core material for expansion anchors is carbon steel  stainless steel disc. For each batch of disc material that arrives at the factory, we take samples  send them to the laboratory for mechanical property testing, including hardness, tensile strength,  yield strength. If the samples fail to meet the standards, the entire batch is returned.

02 Second stage: Process control

The workshop conducts random inspections every two hours, using relevant measuring tools  go/no-go gauges. Simultaneously, the production line in the workshop undergoes intensive random inspections. If any data exceeds the tolerance, the entire batch is immediately stopped  isolated for investigation of the cause. Production resumes only after the problem is resolved.

03 Third checkpoint: Spot check of heat treatment hardness

After heat treatment, the anchor bolts  screws are subjected to random checks of Rockwell hardness  mechanical strength in batches to ensure that the mechanical strength of the products is stable,  too hard (risk of brittle fracture)  too soft (insufficient load-bearing capacity).

Fourth stage: Surface treatment inspection

The thickness of the galvanized layer is tested batch by batch using a coating tester,  the products undergo salt spray testing. For projects with special requirements, A4 stainless steel (316L) can be selected, which is resistant to chloride ion corrosion  suitable for coastal areas  swimming pools.

05 Fifth checkpoint: Factory pull-out force spot check

This is the test that most closely resembles actual working conditions.

Each batch of finished products is installed in a standard C30 concrete test block  subjected to a destructive test using a hydraulic pull-out tester to confirm that the ultimate bearing capacity is  lower than the characteristic value in the report.
